Activation Time: Due to global time differences, activation time may range from 1 to 24 hours.
Billing and Refund: Monthly, quarterly, or annual payments are available. Once ordered, refunds or exchanges are not
supported unless the service is not activated within 24 hours.
Expiration Policy: Service will be suspended upon expiration. For monthly or annually billed cloud servers, data is
retained for 2 days post-expiration; For hourly billed servers, data is retained for 1 day if there are
outstanding charges. Data will be deleted after this period and cannot be recovered.
After-sales Service: After-sales support is provided through online customer service, documentations, and ticketing
system. Installation and maintenance of applications on the operating system are not included in the after-sales service scope.
