Clients must maintain a minimum amount of account funds to create cloud servers. Cloud servers are usually delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Some regions may take a little longer, but generally between 1 hour and 12 hours.
There are two types of billing models. For most cloud servers, you may choose hourly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually billing when ordering a cloud server. Other cloud servers don't support hourly billing. You need to order and renew them for at least one month.
A detailed transaction record is generated in real-time in your account's control panel. You can view the usage cost of each cloud server.
Yes, we do offer refunds. However, we reserve the final decision on all refunds based on the situation and reason for the cancellation. The rule of thumb is that any delays that prevent you from using your server within the standard delivery time will be credited, and we will adjust the payment renewal date. Please note that we do not offer a refund on the balance added to the account.
cloud servers in a stopped state continue to reserve system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP aliases, vCPU) and therefore incur charges until you destroy the instance.

All cloud servers are unmanaged. We do not do any custom installations or bug-fixing, but our support team will gladly advise you and recommend any issue encountered in your installations.
The cloud server infrastructure is virtualized with KVM Technology.
You can upgrade your cloud server in the control panel. This option is available in most of our regions, which will allow you to upgrade your plan seamlessly. If you need to upgrade but this option is not present, simply open a ticket to our support system.
You may order additional IPs in the IP management of your cloud server's control panel. However, this option only exists in specific regions. If you need to add additional IPs but this option is not present, simply open a ticket to our support system.
Yes, you can access the VNC console for your cloud servers using the control panel.
We tolerate adult content as long as it remains legal. However, you should be aware of your server's location's laws if you plan anything that can be considered 'gray-area' hosting.
An email will be sent as a warning regarding inappropriate content. This email will also include the appropriate steps to resolve the issue. If a server or customer is receiving too many abuses, we reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate the affected services without any notice.
If you do not wish to renew your cloud server, you can destroy the cloud server for hourly payment. You need to renew the cloud server manually or set it to auto-renew for other billing cycles. Otherwise, we will cancel the cloud server after the due date.
