Upon ordering cloud servers, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of service (which may vary by
regions):
Activation Time: Instant activation. For Linux servers, the server will be ready for use within 3 minutes. For
Windows servers, it will be operational within 5 minutes.
Activation Time: Due to global time differences, activation time may range from 1 to 24 hours.
Billing and Refund: Hourly billing. You can terminate the service at any time to stop charges, or switch to an monthly
or annual billing plan.
Billing and Refund: Monthly, quarterly, or annual payments are available. Once ordered, refunds or exchanges are not
supported unless the service is not activated within 24 hours.
Expiration Policy: Service will be suspended upon expiration. For monthly or annually billed cloud servers, data is
retained for 3 days post-expiration; For hourly billed servers, data is retained for 1 day if there are outstanding charges. Data will be
deleted after this period and cannot be recovered.
After-sales Service: After-sales support is provided through online customer service, documentations, and ticketing
system. Installation and maintenance of applications on the operating system are not included in the after-sales service scope.
